How do psychics become license and bonded in the state of california?
OKOK I know Psychics are scam artists and etc. They are a bunch of bull crap, but hey I really believe some are genuine. So where do they supposedly get these licenses from?

To my knowledge, they DON’T get registered and licensed.
To get a license you need to take a test. What test do you give someone to determine that they’re a psychic.
They may have to obtain a business license, which merely registers them as a taxable profit center. But that is for tax purposes and in no way is an endorsement by the state of their abilities.
That’s why so many psychics start their own “churches” as a way of skirting tax laws. But there is no such thing as a “state licensed psychic.”

Psychics are scam artists. The police know this.
A Psychic License doesn’t have anything to do with whether you are psychic or not. The police don’t check that (they are not stupid).
A Psychic License is an enhanced identity check. They fingerprint you, take some photographs, and run basic checks that you are who you say you are and that you don’t have form for fraud, intimidation, or pedophile activities.
A Psychic License is not like a Tree-Surgeon’s Diploma. It is more like a Dog License.

Psychics? What you mean is Fisics, I know that my spelling is different to yours but that is the way that I like to spell it. Who wants a licence? If it means that much then just print one out and hang it up. I got my training working in a fairground standing in for a fortune teller. Just tell them things that have.nt happened yet and if the things do happen then they will remember you and if they don’t you will be forgotten.

What does it mean when a psychic cannot “feel” a person like they feel others?
I mean when something happens to someone and the psychic cannot feel his/her energies or anything about them anymore, but they can feel others around the person.

It probably means that said person has developed psychic blocks. These blocks could be subconsciously or consciously made, but are there. Sometimes trauma can be a cause of subconscious blocks. Conscious blocks come about after a person has had their heart broken, for example. It’s not rare to find someone you absolutely cannot read.

It probably means that the “psychic” is making up excuses for being wrong about a person before or knowing that their chance of being right this time are very slim. There is not a single proven case in the history of this planet of a human being proven to have psychic powers. A lot of people have been tested, though, and every single one of them has been exposed as a fraud.
